Hi, I’m Claudine, half of the duo behind Abundance + Company, a boutique cooking school in Santa Monica. I’m a food stylist, recipe developer and shoot producer. I’ve written, developed and styled hundreds of recipes. I was classically trained as a chef in London, after years of working as a TV network news producer. I’ve worked on shoots in diverse locations with multiple photographers, crew and personalities.

I love cooking, entertaining and celebrating the abundant produce available in Southern California. When I’m not in the Abundance + Company kitchen, you’ll find me at the Santa Monica Farmers Market, where I find inspiration.

I produce an entire shoot from start to finish - from creative development, shot list, budget, timeline and prop sourcing - my attention to detail and organization is unmatched. I offer a bespoke collaborative experience to each of my clients.
